Nearly Bubbi's Birthday!

It's not even my birthday yet and you guys are already sending me birthday wishes. Aww, thank you guys. To be honest, I have been dreading this day you know. I guess being away from home has just made me home sick and not being able to spend my birthday with my family and friends just made me less enthusiastic about this year. Honestly, there isn't much I want for my birthday or Christmas. I find the older I get, the less things I want. I know this isn't a bad thing hehe, but I really just want my family & friends to be healthy and happy. I hope to reach out to more of you guys through Youtube. I hope to learn more this year.

These few days I have been crying to myself whether its early in the morning or late at night in bed. I don't cry because I pity myself because I shouldn't pity myself. There is nothing to pity about. I made the decision to come here and I am healthy and happy. It's not like I'm seperated from them due to War or Natural disaster. Knowing they are safe should be enough. But human can be selfish sometimes. I walked past a pet store the other night and I laughed because the doggy costumes looked really cute and I laughed with the fact none of them will fit my hefty dog but I was unhappy because I miss my dog so much.

I felt home sick and searched for restaurants that served english food. I like eating rice and noodles but I felt that having the taste of english food might help me feel more at home. I know after a few more weeks, I will feel less like this.

Hong Kong lights in Christmas is really beautiful guys. I wish you guys can witness the beautiful lights here but hopefully I can take pictures for you guys to see.

Anyway I have been watching 'You're Beautiful' because I have been nagged many times over from you guys to watch it. I still got about 6 episodes to go. I can say I enjoy watching it but I don't think it's better than Boys Over Flowers? I think its a mix between BOF and Hana Kimi but I hear its like Coffee Prince. I have yet to watch it because apparently its one of Korea's best dramas of all time! So I will def be watching that next ^_^

So I'm heading out to Tsim Sha Tsui tonight for the Asian Olympic Opening thing there. I'm not big on sports to be honest lol but apparently its one of those once in a lifetime events.

Here is my latest makeup tutorial. It is an Everyday Winter Makeup look. I used frosty lilac because its alot softer than white/blue but the gentle hue is soft, cool and girly enough for everyday. The light reflecting look will bring in alot of light in your eyes keeping your makeup lookin clean and fresh.

He's Beautiful is not one of the most best korean dramas, because if you say that to a korean person they will think its a insult so beware, and people didnt like so much that they cutted it it was suppose to be like 30 or more but its only like 16 or somethin.... and cute eye shadow thang.

I know how it feels to be away from family and friends.. I moved to Canada about 3 years ago, on mine and my parents own will, like you. It's been a long time, but it still stings when you can't spend your birthday or the holidays where you want to, but just think of how this is not the last time you'll see them! I'm currently living in Hong Kong. Been following your videos for a while - it's fairly addictive! Good luck - it's a crazy city here with too much unnecessary stress. Although food and transport here is second to none.
