Wavy hair without using heat

"How can I get soft wavy hair without using heat? I really need help for school because my hair is really flat" - Anonymous.
I understand what it's like to wake up in the early hours of the morning all tired and sleepy. If you're like me, I would make sure that I get to sleep as much as possible. Spending 20 minutes on my hair is not an option (I rather use this this amount of time to eat breakfast).
I think most girls want to wake up to beautiful wavy hair like the Olsen twins
So since you're looking for non-heat methods, I would recommend braiding your hair before sleeping. This means by the time you wake up, all you really need to do is to remove your braids and you will have instant waves. I personally love to french braid my hair on both sides of my head before bed time. This is always handy when I know I'm going to be staying in a friend's house and I don't want to bring my curling iron/straighteners with me. I made a hair tutorial regarding this technique and you can check it out below.
Another method is for a more natural loose wave effect. This is to scrunch some mousse into clean hair and then twisting hair into a bun. However, let me tell you that sleeping with your hair in a bun can be a little uncomfortable. What I do normally is to have my hair twisted in a bun in the morning and by the afternoon, I release this bun into natural looking waves. You can check out this technique by watching the hair tutorial below.
If you're having trouble with 'flat' hair, I recommend using 'Got2b Fat-tastic root-boosting spray'. It plumps up flat hair in seconds thanks to the instant collagen infusion.
So I hope this was helpful. Thanks for submiting your question.
